These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern you (“the User) use of Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd *”the Merchant”) website located at the domain www.keepemcoming.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing the website, you warrant that you are of full legal age and therefor comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice.
Keep ‘em Coming (Pty) Ltd provides their services to most areas with in the Gauteng region and can be arranged for areas outside of the Gauteng region.
Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd provides all equipment for rental. In the event of damage or loss, the customer is responsible for replacing the aff ected equipment. A breakage deposit is required as security against potential damages or losses. If the cost of damage or loss exceeds the breakage deposit, the customer will be required to cover the additional expenses. The customer will only be charged the replacement value of the damaged or lost item.
It's crucial to acknowledge that weather conditions can be highly unpredictable. If an event scheduled to take place outdoors is aff ected by inclement weather, the customer must notify Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd at least 3 days prior to the event for any cancellation or rescheduling. In such cases, the deposit will be retained, and a new date can be arranged. If the cancellation or rescheduling notice is not provided within 3 days before the event, the customer will be responsible for the full payment owed to Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd. Refunds will not be issued; however, rescheduling of the event will be permitted.
Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd applies a standard hourly rate to all staff (Promotional Staff , Bartenders, Waitstaff , and Pour Attendees), with a minimum charge of 5 hours per event. If the event duration is less than 5 hours, billing will be based on a minimum of 5 hours. Any time worked beyond the initial 5 hours will incur an overtime fee for each additional hour.
Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd operates on a 'Sale-or-Return' basis, enabling customers to return unused and undamaged goods for a full credit. For beers, soft drinks, and ciders, only full cases are eligible for return; singular bottles or 6-packs are not included. Items such as ice and fresh fruit juice cannot be returned for credit. After the event, you will receive a credit note. Upon receiving the credit note for your approval, we will request your bank details to process the refund for the indicated amount.
A 50% of the invoice total is required to secure the booking date, the balance of which is due no later than 3 days prior to event date. If the payment is not received 3 days prior the scheduled event, Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd will consider the event cancelled. The 50% will not be refunded. Only once funds have been cleared in our account, will services be provided. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold any services if we or the bank suspects it is fraudulent. We have taken reasonable steps and measures to ensure you personal information is protected. However, Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd, cannot be held responsible for security breaches which may occur. Payment options may be made by EFT in Keep 'em Coming (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details for EFT will be provided on the invoice.
The provided quote remains valid for 7 days from its issuance date, after which it expires and pricing may be subject to change.

By paying the 50% deposit, the customer agrees to all T's & C's stated above.
