What is included in your Mobile Tap Bar service?
The Keep 'em Coming mobile tap bar features three taps for serving your choice of beverages. We provide ice to keep your drinks refreshingly cold, friendly pour attendees to serve you and your guests with a smile, as well as glassware or plastic cups. We also offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services for your convenience.
What size is the Mobile Tap Bar?
The mobile tap bar measures 2.3 meters in width and height. Please ensure that the chosen venue has sufficient space to accommodate the caravan.
How long does setup take for the Mobile Tap Bar?
We require an hour and a half of setup time before the event starts to ensure the caravan is positioned at your chosen spot in the venue and fully prepared to serve you and your guests.

What is included in your Mobile Bar service?
We've got everything for your bar needs covered, from alcohol and soft drinks to bartenders and waitstaff, plus bar equipment like ice buckets, ice, various bar structures, glassware, and delivery/setup services. If you need anything extra, just drop us a note in the inquiry form's comment section, and we'll do our utmost to help out!
Can I just hire bartenders and waitstaff?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer standalone staff hire due to operating at full capacity to deliver our all-inclusive services. However, we are exploring options to include this in the future as part of our expansion plans.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Absolutely, we just need a list and quantity of the alcohol you'll be serving at the bar. This ensures our bartenders are prepared and allows us to provide the appropriate glassware and enough ice.
What do your mobile bars look like?
We offer three fantastic options: a gin bar, whiskey bar, and our standard Vmerce bar. If you would like to see what the bars look like contact us directly and we will send you images of our bars at previous events.
What size are your mobile bars?
All our bar structures measure two meters in length.
How many guests can you cater for?
We're equipped to handle events of any size, having catered to private parties ranging from 50 guests to corporate festivals with 2000 attendees. If your guest count exceeds 200, we'll reach out to gather additional details and ensure we meet your specific needs.
How long does setup take for the Mobile Bar service?
The setup time needed depends on your event's size and requirements, but typically we require one hour before the event starts.
Golf Days
What is included in your golf day service?
We've got all bases covered, from providing promotional staff to handling setup and breakdown. We offer a complete package including drinks, food platters, snacks, games, prizes upon request, a promotional table, and our energetic promotional staff. Just let us know any branding preferences you have, and if there's anything extra you need, feel free to mention it in the notes section of the inquiry form. We're here to assist you every step of the way!
What type of food platters do you offer?
We provide a variety of savory and sweet canapés, perfectly sized for a delightful bite. We're also happy to accommodate golfers with specific dietary requirements. Please indicate any specific dietary needs in the note section, and we'll ensure everyone is well catered for.
What type of snacks do you provide?
We'll offer small packets of chips, mini chocolates, and mini packets of sweets for golfers to take with them.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
Absolutely, we just need a list of what you will be providing. This ensures our promotional staff know what’s on offer.
What does your promotional staff wear while working at golf days?
Our promotional staff are required to dress in all-black attire, including denim, and maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times. If you'd like our staff to wear branded clothing, please specify in the notes section of the inquiry form.
What type of games and prizes are offered ?
In terms of entertainment, we provide options like a chipping contest, beer pong (where golfers can either win a prize or nominate a fellow golfer to partake in a dare), and the option for a raffle, among others. We're also open to customising activities according to the theme of your golf day. Our prize options are diverse, but typically revolve around golf-related items such as branded company golf balls, golf towels, and various golf accessories.

How do I know which whiskey I’ll be tasting?
After receiving your inquiry form, we will reach out to provide a selection of whiskey tasting options, along with recommended pairings. Our expert whiskey ambassador has curated these pairings to enhance your experience.
Can I just hire the caravan?
Absolutely! You can hire the caravan for your event, and we will handle the full setup and breakdown, so you and your guests can simply enjoy the unique experience of the Mobile Whiskey Lounge.
Can the caravan be customized for other types of alcohol?
Yes! We can tailor the caravan experience to suit any alcohol type, whether it’s gin, wine, or something else. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll create a setup that perfectly fits your event

How can I secure the date for my event?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date and the balance is required 3 days before you event date.
What does your staff wear while working events?
Our staff are required to wear all-black attire and maintain a presentable appearance at all times.

We offer mobile tap bar for any type of event including private parties, corporate functions, weddings, festivals, golf days and many more.
What areas do you offer your services?
We are located in Centurion, Gauteng, and we currently serve all areas within Gauteng. We aim to expand our coverage in the future.
